I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit from Trust Auto in Maryland, thanks to Vlad, it went well despite the fact that I live in Florida. Kevin was very nice, seemed good at his job and well spoken, good guy. Vlad was fast, professional, and made the entire process incredibly smooth and straightforward. Vlad was responsive, sent photos within minutes of the underside of the van, and we finalized the deal in under an hour. The van was exactly as advertised, and it was delivered to my home in Florida in less than a week. Vlad and Kevin have great communication, humor, and transparency made. Satisfied with purchase. Sales staff seemed reasonably knowledgeable, but I had to talk with the service desk to get some questions answer. I didn't haggle as the vehicle I wanted was hard to find. Fitz had the closest one within 75 miles of my house and out of probably 10 dealers I checked. Price was still comparable to what I had seen in other places. They didn't offer floor mats and the vehicle should have included them. I didn't see they were missing because I shopped in the dark. Extended warranty pressure was reasonable. Fitz allowed me to pay a down payment and come back in a week with a check for the rest. I would go back if looking for another vehicle.

I can honestly say the purchase at Mechanicsburg Porsche was most seamless and enjoyable experience I ever experienced. Starting with Nic the General Manager, Eldar who provided a remote tour of the car I eventually bought, and the driver, Chris, who delivered the Cayenne to my house in Northern Virginia and took back the Range River to Pa. Everything was totally professional including a great price.
