I have a 2022 Chey Silverado 2500 HD. I took my truck to a different dealership three times for a transmission fluid leak. The other dealership was not successful at repairing it. I calle I took my truck to a different dealership three times for a transmission fluid leak. The other dealership was not successful at repairing it. I called Brandon Plakas at Criswell Chevrolet. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having. I made an appointment and took the truck in on 04/01/26. Criswell Chevrolet's Service Department was able to diagnose the problem and repair my truck. While my truck was in the shop, I was given a very nice loaner vehicle to drive. The whole process was very smooth. There was good communication from the service department. I felt as if they really cared about fixing my truck and making sure it was done right. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
