We are very pleased with our experience at Heritage Honda Westminster. Chloe Ford understood what we were looking for in and was not pushy at all. Once we found the vehicle we wanted to purchased, we wanted her to go over the features as quick as possible because it was late at night and we needed to get the kids home. She listened and did exactly what we asked. I highly recommend doing your car shopping at Heritage Honda Westminster if you want a more relaxed, hassle-free experience. More

Terrible experience. I brought my ridgeline in for service, And it was all screwed up. I talked to lee the service manger, and told him my truck came in here not leakin I brought my ridgeline in for service, And it was all screwed up. I talked to lee the service manger, and told him my truck came in here not leaking oil, and now it is..he told me it wasn't there problem and told me it would be a diagnostic charge to look at it. I only drove 5 miles home!!! Never go here! More

Emma was very nice and patient. She responded to our requests and got answers when she wasn’t sure herself. She wasn’t pushy and was very polite, thorough and attentive. As with many young people today she did use the term “you guys” too much. The Dealership needs to improve it’s lengthy process—customers sitting around waiting too long & salespeople should not have to run back and forth to the managers’ desk so much. The first manager that talked to us was professional and helpful as it was the first time we were buying an ev. Finance Manager is a good guy. He understood my frustration and helped move things along. Emma brought final papers to our home to sign which was very nice! Car was cleaned up very nicely for delivery. More

Very deceptive. BAIT AND SWICH! They tell you that they have a car in stock, they set up an appointment, they confirm the appointment several times, but when you ge BAIT AND SWICH! They tell you that they have a car in stock, they set up an appointment, they confirm the appointment several times, but when you get there, they claim they sent the car to another dealer the day before, even though they kept confirming the appointment. Sales people here are what gives car salesman a bad name. STAY AWAY! you will be wasting your time! More
