Ryan went out of his was to pickup a truck from another lot, which I ended up purchasing and the dealership almost matched my trade in offer from another dealer, so that helped as well. Contacted ahead of time. Had an exact car in mind. Already test driven this model. He swore he could get me in and out in 2 hours or less b/c I had kids with me, and we were Had an exact car in mind. Already test driven this model. He swore he could get me in and out in 2 hours or less b/c I had kids with me, and we were paying with a bank check, no financing needed. It was your standard 4 hour process. He didn't even go and get gas in the car until about 20 minutes after we had already signed and completed all paperwork. After we got the check from the bank, it was at least a half hour until finance saw us to sign all the paperwork. The only reason we agreed to go here again was the 2 hour guarantee. Also he told us many things were "don't worry about it" and that they'd make it happen, such as color preference. Nothing he said "don't worry about it" happened as it all cost a bunch more and he did not make those extra deals happen. If he says that, add in more money as he seemed to have no desire for any bargaining. Zero urgency in making things happen quickly. It was also not busy at all when we went so he was not trying to juggle multiple customers as well. The dealer, alright, but breaking the time promise, we'd never use this salesman again as that's the only reason we went through him vice other sales managers we've had great luck with. More
