There was a bit of technical difficulties at first but they fixed it hassle free for me & I'm so grateful for them! 10/10 recommend this dealership! Went to Porsche Burlington on June 27th on a whim. Didn’t intend to buy anything at all, just wanted to see the cars. Luckily enough, I got paired with Mr. Fontaine, and boy was the experience magical! I will never go to another car dealership in my life! I got a 2022 Porsche Taycan, and unfortunately did not realize it was RWD. However, that isn’t an issue for John or Porsche Burlington. they gave me a month to make my first payment, so I have 30 days to go back and rectify this purchase! I’ve already been in contact with John, and he reassured me that I will be okay, and I can still get into the car of my dreams. All is good in my world, and I have been so blessed to paired with John Fontaine at Porsche Burlington.

The sales team Mike and Rich were great and knowledgeable. Ryan in Finance was helpful explains all our options. I had been on the website probably everyday for a month before going in. Their pricing is upfront the only thing that could be changed is the online value of your trade it was much higher than the actual value they gave me. Otherwise I am Happy and as a new Madza owner I hope to have a great relationship with Werner

Needed to do oil change and was informed that my rotors and brake pads needed to be changed. They did an amazing job except that tire pressure sensor at the rear was at fault. Suz asked me to come and check it immediately and got it repaired. Everyone did a great job. keep it up
