I felt the traditional dealership negotiation tactics were quite stressful, as the back-and-forth pricing discussions felt designed to maximize dealer profit rather than cater to my needs. Ultimately, the desire to conclude the transaction led me to purchase a vehicle that I am not entirely satisfied with. While the staff were strategic and skilled at their jobs, the nature of the car-buying experience itself left me feeling frustrated and unhappy with my final decision. More

I was going to do a transmission fluid change after getting an oil change at the dealer. Most of the plastic fasteners were missing from the bottom shield under the car which were removed to do the oil getting an oil change at the dealer. Most of the plastic fasteners were missing from the bottom shield under the car which were removed to do the oil change. They will probably state it was during the last service that was done and they may be right. They did the last service and all the services prior to this oil change. The only thing I have done is a rear brake job and it did not require removal of the skid panel. More
