While the sales and finance personnel at Team Nissan were professional and pleasant, I found the overall vehicle purchasing process to be physically and emotionally draining. I felt the traditional dealership negotiation tactics were quite stressful, as the back-and-forth pricing discussions felt designed to maximize dealer profit rather than cater to my needs. Ultimately, the desire to conclude the transaction led me to purchase a vehicle that I am not entirely satisfied with. While the staff were strategic and skilled at their jobs, the nature of the car-buying experience itself left me feeling frustrated and unhappy with my final decision. More
