He offered additional services, etc, and was professional discussing them and not pushing the services I was finance portion of my new car purchase. The sales manager topped off my gas and washed my car when I had to go back up because the front license plate holder was not on the car and my cargo mat had not been in the trunk when I picked it up at delivery. Overall, I got a fair price for the new car and did not have to spend hours negotiating, everything was finalized in 90 minutes. More
