The sales manager topped off my gas and washed my car when I had to go back up because the front license plate holder was not on the car and my cargo mat had not been in the trunk when I picked it up at delivery. Overall, I got a fair price for the new car and did not have to spend hours negotiating, everything was finalized in 90 minutes. More

It's one thing for sales associates from this dealership to claim they're a family business that treats their customers like family, and it's quite another for them to deliver on that promise. Rob is a stra to claim they're a family business that treats their customers like family, and it's quite another for them to deliver on that promise. Rob is a straight ace who I have felt not an ounce of scummy sales tactics. I was able to have a frank back & forth with Ryan re: weighing warranty options, and that also served to add to this welcome where I wanted to bring milady in to meet everyone. Last but not least, service advisor Jaclyn saw me at a local store and said hi to me, adding to that family welcome that made me feel like I chose the right dealership to purchase my vehicle. The whole setup with loaner vehicles when my car is in the shop for preventive maintenance is a nice touch, among many others, that puts Werner's a cut above the rest when it comes to automobiles. In 2026 when I'm used to false advertising from other businesses and the overcorporatization that makes a customer feel like a number, it's refreshing to see a family business like Werner Mazda still viable and being available for customers who want to be respected and treated humbly like myself. I was pleased with everything but the way the car was detailed. Later in the evening, I took the car for a ride and I could not believe what the windshield looked like. I was told by a family member I sh detailed. Later in the evening, I took the car for a ride and I could not believe what the windshield looked like. I was told by a family member I should bring it back. I have not. I did give a good review. I’m not sure who was responsible for the detailing but it was not the best. I did hear a comment, bought out of the showroom! Does this mean that it shouldn’t be properly detailed before delivery? I was a bit disappointed. Hope in the end it will be better. More
