I don’t even know where to start! Big Star Cadillac gave out the best customer service experience we’ve ever received from a dealership. We were greeted immediately and not only did we have an extremely quick wait time for our vehicles appraisal, we were treated so kindly and shown a breakdown of our numbers right away.Our kiddos even got special attention and snacks during our wait from a fully stocked, clean, & organized snack bar. There was even drinks for us adults. Our sales associate Mario did absolutely everything he could to get us into our current vehicle at a price that was not only fair but better than we expected to receive. I mean as far as speaking to multiple managers and members of his team addressing our concerns and answering our questions. He also gave my husband and I his personal number and responded quickly even after hours. I genuinely felt that we were taken care of in a way that goes beyond what you’d expect to from a car dealership. All of our accommodations were met and Mario seriously went above and beyond helping us upgrade our family vehicle! 10/10 would recommend Big Star Cadillac to family and friends.
