My car ran smooth prior to bringing it in for a basic tire rotation on 5/21 (at no charge by Steve). (I normally take my car to Hamms for a tire rotation every 5k miles.) I noticed the ride was not smooth and when I stopped the car vibrated and shaked. I tried to take it to Firestone on Sunday, 5/26 (which was my day off). I left a message on Steve's cell phone & on the main line (@ 2:16, 2:19 & 2:24p) Steve never returned the call. Firestone could not get me in. On Wednesday, 5/29 I called Steve (this time I was getting very concerned & I tried to take my vehicle to another shop, but I explained to them what happened and that Freeman did my brake job, so they suggested that I take my car back to Freeman. Again, no vibration or shaking prior to a basic tire rotation. I dropped the car off today 5/31 @ 10am. My appointment was set up for 10:35am and Steve told me it was ok to bring it early. At 1:07pm Steve calls telling me it's the rotors. Needless to say I won't be back to Freeman. I have had bad experience with Freeman Collision twice with them not installing my tail gate properly. I had to take it a private repair and they corrected it the proper way and now this is the third strike against Freeman. More
