After going to multiple dealerships and getting no help I finally found Dick Scott Motor Mall. I was able to get my husband the exact Jeep he wanted with everything he was looking for and in record time. Rick went above and beyond. I will never go to another dealership. Everyone here is amazing, from my dealer, Rick to Mariah in the service department. Thank you guys so much for everything.

The sole reason was due to our sales rep greeting us in the parking lot, Rishi Vernon. We had visited several dealerships and were ignored by the sales reps. We even walked into a few and no one even greeted us. When we stopped in at Suburban Honda, we started browsing outside. Rishi can out said hello, asked if we needed help, and that he would let us look. He said if we had any questions come in and he would help us. He was friendly, helpful and genuine. No runaround, just honest. That made the difference for us. His saying hello sealed the deal.

6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the ignition lock security upgrade. For this particular visit; our experience was 5 star. John Czarniak, the Service Advisor, "rolled out the red carpet", and treated us like family. Our car was done sooner than expected, and we were happy to have the security upgrade. While I was in the write up area, I noticed that the several mechanical techs working on the cars all seemed to be working hard to get the cars done, and out. Our service experience was great.

We've bought our last 5 vehicles from Dan Pahl at Sundance. He's always been forthright in his information and opinions, which is something I respect. I had to buy a second vehicle because the truck I bought almost 10 years ago from him is being used by my son for a lawncare business. I love that truck, and now, I also love my Trailblazer! We'll definitely be back to see Dan when, in another 10 years, we need another vehicle. 😀 P.S. Dan, I told you I am not photogenic, and this picture solidifies that! Wind blowing, hair a mess, eyes closed. Good grief. Lol!

The atmosphere of SFOT is different than other dealerships I've experienced. I honestly felt like they cared, even after my purchase. I'm pleasantly surprised to feel like I and my purchase is important to them. Even when there was a hiccup after only 9 days after my purchase SFOT reassured me and took the time to look into and correct the hiccup, no charge to me. Everyone says hello and I can honestly say so far it has been the best dealership experience I've ever had. Joe Grillo was super to work with. His easy going, totally positive attitude, made this purchase so fun and easy. Joe answered every question I had, and if he couldn't, he was assertive in getting me an answer. He was genuinely excited for me in regards to the Ford F150 I purchased. Thank You Joe!
