I want to call out how much I also enjoyed working with Emily Rooney. She wa the first sales person I met several months ago as I was exploring options for my Lyric lease replacement. I visited several other dealerships (Suburban and Serra) and her initial proposal was the best so I returned to Crestview first on 7/29. Unlucky for her she was out sick and I worked with Kara. When I came back in today, I stopped by Emily’s desk to make sure she had heard I signed for the Optiq she initially presented and said that I hope she got credit. It’s sounds like maybe she does not get credit for at least part of the lease and I hope rather can be changed. It would be fair for her to get at least partial credit, she is the only reason I came back. More

I am completely disappointed and frustrated with the deceptive practices at Crestview Cadillac. When I leased my electric vehicle from this dealership, I was explicitly reassured and promised by the sal deceptive practices at Crestview Cadillac. When I leased my electric vehicle from this dealership, I was explicitly reassured and promised by the sales team that the EV tax credit would be applied directly to my benefit as a credit toward my account. Relying on their word, I moved forward with the lease. Now, after the deal is done, the narrative has completely changed. I am being lied to, misled, and effectively bullied into accepting that I will not be getting the credit at all. Dealerships routinely pass the federal EV lease credit (under Section 45W) directly to the consumer to lower the capitalized cost of the lease, and it should have been clearly and transparently outlined in my lease agreement. Instead, Crestview Cadillac misrepresented the terms to close the deal and is now using pressure tactics to avoid making it right. As a consumer, I expect honesty and transparency, not broken promises and intimidation. Potential buyers should beware of any verbal agreements made at this location—get absolutely everything in writing, because their assurances mean nothing once you drive off the lot. More
