Our Malibu needed too much work and we decided to get a new car. Tony had sold us the Malibu 8 years ago and he treated us with courtesy and professionalism. We bought a Trax and we love it. The negotiations on price were border line untruthful and deceiving. Could be confusing interpretation of services being charged. I feel all questions were asked they just danced around the issue.
