I scheduled an appointment for an open recall and basic maintenance such as oil change, fluid checks, alignment, etc… The dealership maintenance department contacted me twice to remind me of my appointment. Chris, the maintenance department representative, got me in quickly and easily. He contacted me twice prior to the work being done to carefully review every item with an estimated cost for my approval. The work was completed promptly with a thorough explanation of what was done and why.
