I truly cannot thank the team at Bayway KIA enough for - kroberson

I truly cannot thank the team at Bayway KIA enough for the patience, dedication, and care they showed me throughout my entire experience. They didn’t just treat me like another customer — they genuinely took the time to help, listen, and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. What stood out to me most was the amount of effort and time they invested into helping me find the right vehicle and making everything work out. In a world where people often rush through things, their kindness, professionalism, and commitment meant a lot to me. I deeply respect this dealership and the people who work there. They made a stressful process feel encouraging and meaningful, and I’m beyond grateful for the experience. Thank you again for going above and beyond — it truly did not go unnoticed. Wishing the entire Bayway KIA team continued success and blessings!

Recently, the day before my birthday, after having no - ANEW

Recently, the day before my birthday, after having no issues with my Rogue. Suddenly my key after being put in the ignition, would not turn as it had many days (years) before. After doing some research of my cars' system, I decided to have it towed to Clay Cooley Nissan in Irving. To say I was concerned put it lightly, because I am one of those people that has always been loyal to supporting the small business community of which I have done for many years, which did not include big dealerships with multiple locations for my service needs. Long story short, I was highly impressed by Daniel in the service department. After its all said and done and my car is back in hand.....I realize I hit the jackpot with him being assigned to my car repair navigation. He answered all of my questions, which maybe at times were more than asked from other customers. He never seemed put out, impatient or changed his tone with me through all of my questions, concerns and such. I personally give 5 stars to Daniel for his compassionate way of handling all of my questions and concerns. Daniel, YOU ROCK!!!

Driving a Cadillac, this is among the top dealers to be - Diallo

Driving a Cadillac, this is among the top dealers to be part of in the USA. Ricco has sold me my car since 2017, and until today he will call me to check on me! He doesn't need to, but he does. When I bring my car for service, they take care of me as if it were the first day I wanted to buy it. That tells me they are not only after my money but also after me as a human being.
