Ali Abughanieh made my car shopping experience an extraordinarily easy one. Not only did he find me a car that exceeded a test drive at a previous dealership, he took the time to show me how to acces extraordinarily easy one. Not only did he find me a car that exceeded a test drive at a previous dealership, he took the time to show me how to access features and set up my preferences during the test drive, as well as walked me through Volvo's warranty and application for financing. Speaking of financing, the finance department was quick, efficient, and made sure I got the best interest rate possible before I even sat in front of them. No haggling, no back and forth, and no disrespect during the whole process. Overall, the best experience at a dealership I've ever had, and I plan to return for the routine maintenance as well as any future Volvo purchases.
