Grubbs Volvo Cars stands out from other dealerships through its commitment to providing a seamless, customer-focused experience with a strong emphasis on innovation and service quality. Here are some key differentiators:
Family-Owned Legacy: As part of the Grubbs family of dealerships, Grubbs Volvo carries the legacy of a family-owned business with deep roots in the community, offering personalized service that bigger, corporate dealerships may lack.
Exclusive Inventory: Grubbs Volvo offers a wide range of premium, luxury Volvo vehicles, known for their Scandinavian design and advanced safety features. This includes exclusive models and trims not always available at other dealerships.
State-of-the-Art Facilities: The dealership is equipped with modern service centers and customer lounges, ensuring a top-tier experience whether you're shopping for a new car or servicing your current one.
Transparent Pricing: Grubbs Volvo prides itself on offering transparent, competitive pricing without the hassle of hidden fees, providing customers with peace of mind throughout the buying process.
Customer-Centric Services: They provide a variety of customer-focused services, including Volvo Valet, which offers pick-up and delivery options for service appointments, ensuring convenience for busy clients.
Community Engagement: Grubbs Volvo is involved in local events and charitable initiatives, fostering strong ties to the community and reinforcing their family-owned business values.
Certified Pre-Owned Program: Grubbs Volvo offers a robust certified pre-owned program, which gives customers access to rigorously inspected, high-quality used vehicles with extended warranties and roadside assistance.
These factors combine to create a dealership experience that is tailored to customers seeking both high-quality vehicles and exceptional service.
