Hi - We purchased not one but 2 cars. Tommie was fine until he went out of town while we were trying to purchase. The person who helped us, Hammam, made a fair deal (not great regardless Tommie was fine until he went out of town while we were trying to purchase. The cars weren't ready when we came to pay - it took 3.5 hours to write a check, the cars were "detailed" by running them through a car wash, the "certified pre-owned" volvo didn't have balanced tires, and neither had a full tank of gas/charge. I will most likely purchase my next Volvo from somewhere else. More
