Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but they made the entire process seamless, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. I actually worked in exotic car sales for many years, so I know firsthand how this industry can be. Unfortunately, it’s not uncommon for promises to be made during the sale that somehow disappear after the paperwork is signed. Because of that, I was admittedly skeptical when a few commitments were made regarding my Cybertruck purchase. I’m happy to say I was completely wrong. Hammam and Alex followed through on every single promise they made, 110%. No excuses, no runaround, no surprises. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and in today’s world, that level of integrity is incredibly refreshing. Beyond that, they were professional, personable, responsive, and treated me with genuine respect throughout the entire process. My car was at this dealership 4 times for an infotainment issue. It was a 4 month battle to get it fixed finally under my warranty and at the end of the process they snuck into my paperwork about a coffee sp issue. It was a 4 month battle to get it fixed finally under my warranty and at the end of the process they snuck into my paperwork about a coffee spill. 2 different warranty inspectors came for my car and nothing was said about it. Nothing was said about it until the very end which you would think if that was "likely" the reason a 3000 dollar component failed you would be told. I asked for pictures spoke with the gm who was supposed to call me back but never did. The picture they sent doesn't show any information to link to my car. There's no time stamp date serial numbers nothing to claim coffee was spilled on something that was tucked inside the dash of a car. They claim they are a family owned dealership trying to give the customer the best experience but what they are is a dealership that makes false claims on paperwork so that it ruins your cars file within Volvo. So I strongly advise you check your paperwork before you leave the dealership and take pictures of everything before you take it to this place if you dare take it here at all.
