The finance guy acted like he was in the mafia, like he had an offer I couldn't refuse, and looked at me like I was stupid for financing through my credit union for a better deal. I called the manager and requested that they never contact me again with mail about trade-in offers, but they won't stop! The only reason my old rating was positive was because Savannah chose a higher rating and made me write a review while I was overwhelmed and ready to leave. More

Matt (finance) went over and beyond to get the numbers where we needed them, and to make sure we were comfortable with the payments. I had bought a 2024 Tahoe in July of this year spontaneously and really just didn't think it through, I ended up not liking the vehicle, it was just too big. The whole experience with the previous dealership was horrible, Matt and David understood the situation, and both worked so hard to make this experience better. I would recommend this dealership and these two guys to anyone that is interested in buying a new car.. This is our 2nd Santa Fe purchase from Hiley Hyundai and first Hybrid. We were able to negotiate the price beforehand so that part was painless.
