NEVER going back unless they're the last dealer on the planet. In December 2020, they didn't want to bargain; they sold me an Elantra with a bad tire; and now they won't stop stalking me, finding my new a planet. In December 2020, they didn't want to bargain; they sold me an Elantra with a bad tire; and now they won't stop stalking me, finding my new address without my permission to send me ads. The finance guy acted like he was in the mafia, like he had an offer I couldn't refuse, and looked at me like I was stupid for financing through my credit union for a better deal. I called the manager and requested that they never contact me again with mail about trade-in offers, but they won't stop! The only reason my old rating was positive was because Savannah chose a higher rating and made me write a review while I was overwhelmed and ready to leave. More
