I took my vehicle in for assessment of a flashing check engine light. Cody was very quick to respond and listen to my concerns and documented what I described. The technician notes were very thorough and showed that he was aware of what I told the service representative when I dropped off my vehicle. They fixed the problem and made sure there were no other problems before washing and returning my vehicle to me.

If you are looking for a dealership that genuinely values - Redbeardarmory

If you are looking for a dealership that genuinely values your time, operates with absolute transparency, and treats you with professional respect, look no further than Ewing Buick GMC in Plano. My car-buying experience here was exceptional from start to finish. I conducted the entire initial negotiation via email due to my busy work schedule, and the communication was flawless. Unlike the high-pressure tactics you normally find in the car industry, the team at Ewing listened to my questions and provided direct, honest answers immediately. I want to give a massive shoutout to the specific team members who made this deal happen: * Collin Willits (Sales Consultant): Collin was incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating over email. He personally went out to the lot to verify the vehicle's condition, confirmed the key fobs, and even checked the window tint for us before we made the drive out. He made sure the car was pulled up and ready the moment we arrived. * Jerry Ernst (Sales Manager): Jerry runs a straightforward, fee-free operation. He respected the market research I brought to the table, honored their transparent pricing model, and worked with us constructively on a physical inspection item to finalize a phenomenal out-the-door deal. * Austin (Finance Department): Reviewing the final paperwork with Austin was a breath of fresh air. He presented our warranty options clearly but with absolutely zero pressure, keeping the process quick, smooth, and entirely stress-free. Ewing Buick GMC has earned a lifelong customer. They proved that buying a car can actually be a respectful and pleasant experience for a family. Thank you all for the outstanding service!

We contacted SW Ford about a transmission software - rlgates2

We contacted SW Ford about a transmission software recall. I received a prompt return call and scheduled mobile service. I misunderstood the scheduled date and when the technician didn’t arrive, called. A automated system took my call and promised a call back. No one called back. The technician did arrive on the actual scheduled date , exactly on time. He was courteous and installed the update. I would give the technician 5 stars, the dealership 3 for the failure to call back.

I had such a great experience working with Diana Alejo at Covert Buick GMC when purchasing my new Buick Enclave. She was truly awesome from start to finish. Diana made the entire process so easy and quick, which I really appreciated as a busy mom. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made the process feel stressful or overwhelming. Everything moved quickly, the paperwork was smooth, and she made sure all of my questions were answered along the way. It honestly felt like working with someone who genuinely cared that we left happy. Buying a car can sometimes be a hassle, but Diana made it such a positive experience. I inquired on a Silverado online and within 10 minutes, - mcamac95

I inquired on a Silverado online and within 10 minutes, Paula gave me a call. When I mentioned to her that I had a pre-approval from a finance company she told me to send it over to her. I filled out the credit app online to save some time and when I got to the dealership, Paula had the truck pulled up and waiting for my test drive. They met my pre-approved terms, got my truck ready to go and I drove out the very next day. Most people hate going to the dealership because it’s a long drawn out process but not here. Paula was so helpful, so knowledgeable and so nice. I would definitely go back to Greenway just to do business with her again. Thank you Paula and thank you to all the finance team for your stellar service. If you’re looking for a new or used car, this is the place to go.
