I didi not buy my KIA from Grubbs. I have had a very bad experience with KIA of Amarillo and could not even get them to go over how the car functions. So I went to Kia of Wichita Falls and explained my situation to a salesperson named Hannah. With out any hesitation she helped us with every question we had for her. They were unable to help us completly but we can now drive our new car. Thank you Grubbs and your fine salesperson Hannah.

I went in to Honda of Denton toget an update on a couple recalls on my vehicle. When I went in, I had two warning lights on. Once checking in my vehicle and speaking to Ali, he noticed and not only did the service that was scheduled he went above and beyond by fixing the issues, causing the warning lights to be on and even included a car wash. He kept me informed while my vehicle was in their care giving me updates and estimated time until it was finished. Not only that, but after over hearing I was going to order a uber to get home, but he informed me they had a courtesy driver that can give me a ride. 10/10 recommend and if you have Ali helping you, you will definitely be satisfied with his customer service.
