I don’t feel appreciate. Service was good but service representative needs more knowledge. When we got the loaner car it was filthy. His comment was car wash was down and t Service was good but service representative needs more knowledge. When we got the loaner car it was filthy. His comment was car wash was down and they didn’t know if they were going to tear down or rebuild. 3 months ago when I had car in the car wash was down then also. They didn’t even clean inside from last customer that had the loaner car. Couldn’t hardly see out of windshield inside and out. The previous customer left groceries in back seat and BMW didn’t even know. This is the only dealer in town for BMW. I have no choice but to go here. BMW needs to look at LEXUS Service dept More
