We arrived at BMW of San Antonio after two weeks of looking at different vehicles, and we initially landed on an X5 xDrive40i. We assumed it would be perfect and that anything bigger would be out of ou looking at different vehicles, and we initially landed on an X5 xDrive40i. We assumed it would be perfect and that anything bigger would be out of our budget. While we were really impressed with its performance during the test drive, a closer inspection revealed that my son's knees were very close to the back of the driver's seat. We thought that was the end of the road and that we'd need to look elsewhere. Fortunately, we found a low-mileage BMW X7 at a great price! Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout the process, including our two salesmen Pete and Don Wilkinson (who i actually think may be a manager) Pete was amazingly helpful (he filled in when Don was tied up with appointments) so was the Sales Manager, the General Manager, Mr. Laird last but not least the Finance Manager went above and beyond getting out deal done!! We test drove the X7 xDrive40i and were so impressed by its features and didn't lack performance being a bigger vehicle I highly researched the reliability and decided to pulled the trigger. Not to mention My son and I both sat in the back and were pleasantly surprised by the incredible amount of room and comfort. I cannot reiterate the amount of features enough!!! It is now parked at our new home, and we cannot wait for the road trip adventures to come! Highly recommend this dealership! And Don's product knowledge is second to none , you can not go wrong with Pete he made us feel so welcome and answered all of my questions and there were many! Lol More

My husband Randy took the car October 12 needing to replace all tires oil change and other maintenance they greeted my husband right away and then they asked him to take a loaner so that he can go home replace all tires oil change and other maintenance they greeted my husband right away and then they asked him to take a loaner so that he can go home or do other errands he needs to do .
