Getting through to someone via phone is a nightmare, but happy to have received great customer service once I was actually there. More

Chuck and Richard(the manager) helped me get everything done quickly. A couple of hours to assess on one day and one day to fix the issue after part arrived. I was driving my car that day. I will be coming back to this service dept. More

I came to Westside Kia with a pre-approved check from my credit union and made it clear from the beginning that I did not need dealership financing. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked to complete a credit credit union and made it clear from the beginning that I did not need dealership financing. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked to complete a credit application and provide my Social Security number. I declined multiple times, as it was unnecessary for my transaction. After standing firm, I was eventually told it was not required, which raised concerns about why I was initially told it was mandatory. Additionally, my credit union check was initially rejected because the required verification number was not obtained before processing. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration that could have been avoided with proper attention to detail. While I do love the vehicle I purchased, the financing process felt disorganized and, at times, unnecessarily pressured. Experiences like this can be especially concerning for customers who may not be familiar with financing procedures or who rely on the dealership for clear guidance. I hope management reviews these practices to ensure greater transparency and professionalism for all future customers. More
