when you schedule appointment for oil change & update GPS system only to be given appt to do your own update is not acceptable!!!!!!!!! Was never told both could not be done. Have bought to many vehicles here.

I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get my appointment scheduled so quick on a holiday week and then for the repairs to be completed ahead of what I was told. My only complaint would be that one of the issues was 1000 miles out of warranty- faulty gas cap. To me, that should have a long warranty.

Good service. Chuck Smith, the service advisor, is very responsive to my needs. He is responsive in this visit as well as in previous visits. Technicians were able to identify the source of the problems reported. Their assessments were very helpful.
