Sales guy hector was great. Chad the finance had a bit of an attitude but it worked out. A very nice attractive man tried to sell me a warranty. I didn’t buy it. Satisfied with dealership, felt like Joshua the sales rep was very knowledgeable, but having to run back-and-forth to management to get the OK on which vehicle to show me was a little time-consuming. After a big move out to the country, I knew I needed a 4x4 truck and that was about the extent of my knowledge! I took my brother’s advice and went to Shottenkirk and Joshua Music not only had two vehicle 4x4 truck and that was about the extent of my knowledge! I took my brother’s advice and went to Shottenkirk and Joshua Music not only had two vehicles pulled up ready to test drive, but explained the features in depth and picked the PERFECT truck for my needs. Both in mechanics and in price! I could not recommend a better salesman or a better dealership after the 10/10 experience I had!
