My truck was damaged while in service. My tire was popped and wheel damaged while Dakota drove it off the lift (I have dashcam footage). Tire was replaced but wheel is damaged. Showed this to Dakota upon pickup last Friday and he said he would follow up with a wheel repair. Haven't heard anything back despite reaching out and also talking with a dealer rating rep who called me yesterday. More
