We brought the car in for an evaporator coil repair, under warranty. According to Google, it is about an 8 hour job. They had my car for 12 days…the first time. They gave me a loaner car, it smelled super strong, like pot. I reported it to Favio, he said, “ Ok i do apologize”. Even after 12 days, it still stunk! When I picked it up, my steering wheel had been damaged in several places (removing the dash), and not repaired, nor was I notified about it. It was extremely obvious when I got into the car, so I got out. Jarred was walking by, he checked on me, and took over my case. He set me up to come back in for a free repair, it would take about an hour. After I left, I stepped on something…it was the handle to pop my hood! As I drove, I heard something rolling around in my dashboard whenever I turned the car. When I got home, I called and reported these things to Favio. He did not pass that information on to Jared, so he was surprised when I handed him the hood release handle. With the new information Favio didn’t give him, he said he’d have to keep my car. I also discovered that there were two pieces of the dash and door that were not properly reattached and were sticking out, and there was grease on the roof of my car! Thankfully, he was able to put me back into a car…the same one I had before. They had it “cleaned” to remove the pot smell. I was without my car for another 5 days! 17 days, without my vehicle for an 8 hour job and horrible “repair.” When I got the car back the second time, the patch job was lousy. I was unhappy with it, but wanted my husband’s opinion, so I told Jared I’d let him know. I drove off and straight to pick up my husband. Before I got to him, the patch job was coming off in my hands. I let Jared know that was unacceptable. I waited 9 days to find out that they would replace my steering wheel and it was on order. I was not given that update, I had to ask. The part took another 4 days to arrive at the facility. I set my appointment and sat and waited for it to finally be repaired. Favio was a disappointment throughout my process. Jared was much better and mostly provided good customer service. Unfortunately, it was too little, waaaaay too late. I absolutely cannot believe that this is the service Joe Meyer gives. What is most unfortunate, for Joe Meyer, is that we will be in the market for another car in a few months. We will NOT be shopping at anything Joe Meyer. More
I had a call from this dealership trying to sell me recommended service or purchase a new car. I purchased the extended warranty when i got the car in 2022 and to infirmation as to what is covered is i recommended service or purchase a new car. I purchased the extended warranty when i got the car in 2022 and to infirmation as to what is covered is impossible. Once they get your money they are finished with you. I asked if the recommended service was covered under my extended warranty, and was told they would get back with me. That was about 2 weeks ago, and I have heard NOTHING out of the service department. Will shop around before getting new car, this location is in my estimation, lacking in trust. More
