6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the ignition lock security upgrade. For this particular visit; our experience was 5 star. John Czarniak, the Service Advisor, "rolled out the red carpet", and treated us like family. Our car was done sooner than expected, and we were happy to have the security upgrade. While I was in the write up area, I noticed that the several mechanical techs working on the cars all seemed to be working hard to get the cars done, and out. Our service experience was great.

The buying process was straightforward, and the finance team made sure I understood all the details of the loan. I appreciated that they were upfront about the pricing with no hidden fees. I visited Shaheen and had a very specific car I wanted in a specific seat arrangement. Griffin was patient and focused on us the entire time. He drove to another location to try to find the car for us and ended up negotiating a dealer trade on my behalf. Griffin also helped us through the process of getting the cloth seats turned into leather. Unfortuantely, my car got damaged in transit but Griffin and team went above and beyond to get it fixed with as little inconvience to me as possible. The damage was obviously not an ideal scenario and it was frustrating for all involved, but it's in scenairos like that when you actually get to see how customer focused people are, and the Shaheen team delivered on that front.

The service department crew [including Gary, Bob, & others--including the Safe-Lite windshield repair worker] at Hank Graff in Davison were so helpful yesterday as I brought my Equinox in due to ongoing oil warning signals appearing on my dash, leaving me unsure whether my oil had emptied in less than 1/2 the dated time frame or whether it was a 'false alarm'-type notice. Even prior to coming, Bob spoke to me by phone, suggesting things I could try in order to save a trip in, but [age 69 hits again] & I couldn't resolve it, so I drove down there. I was greeted immediately by the team, was offered a ride home, and was told that any needed part should be delivered and switched out within the same day [also if I needed a return ride when finished to simply call them]. A couple hours later [nice weather day for a walk] my wife and I drove to Graff's in her vehicle, headed for a walk in Davison, but chose to stop by quickly for any update. Immediately, Gary saw me come in & told me that he was just ready to call me to return...no part needed...simple re-programming steps [which he slowly/patiently took time to demonstrate for my future knowledge]...very timely, patient, thorough care provided by all team members!!! Additionally...the safe-lite specialist had already fixed my windshield chip &.... when I simply [expecting no action] mentioned my wife's car having a windshield chip as well, within 15 minutes [while speaking with Gary further about the re-programming steps], my wife's windshield was all repaired and we were on our way. Thanks so much to ALL team workers involved for all 3 tasks, not simply '1', completed in a matter of several hours!!!

Our experience with this dealership was great. From the moment we walked in the door, we was greeted with a smile and a hello by a very kind lady sitting at the desk at the entrance, as if our presence was important. We were referred to Mr. Castle, Henry, by our son who spoke very highly of him when he purchased a car with him. Mr. Castle was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional with us. We told him that we was looking for a car for our daughters birthday. He showed us different cars and answered our questions. The service was great and he stood behind his words when he said that he would get us a second key because at the time of purchase there was only one key available. While we were waiting for our turn to complete our paperwork, I was going to my car to find something to eat, I was stopped and offered food from the lunch they had ordered. I am very big on customer service I give great customer service and I expect good customer service, Our experience was positive I have already recommended Mr. Castle to a friend when she’s ready to make her purchase.
