I’ve had an excellent experience with Colonial Volkswagen - Adam

I’ve had an excellent experience with Colonial Volkswagen of Medford! Ray was a huge help throughout the process of purchasing my Tiguan and went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. The salesperson and finance manager were also great to work with, making the entire buying experience straightforward and enjoyable. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I continue to bring my Tiguan here for service because of the great experience I had and the trust I have in the dealership. I highly recommend Colonial Volkswagen of Medford to anyone looking to buy a car or for reliable service. Great team all around!

Christine helped my husband and me upgrade our Ford three - Wilbeth R

Christine helped my husband and me upgrade our Ford three years ago, and she was honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in finding the best vehicle for our needs. A few weeks ago, when we were ready for another upgrade, Christine reached out to follow up on our current vehicle and let us know about the sale they were having. She worked hard to help us get into a brand-new car while staying within the budget we were comfortable with. We’re so thankful for Christine and truly appreciate her dedication, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. We highly recommend her! ❤️

I recently lpurchaced a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X from Herb - tpenziner

I recently lpurchaced a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X from Herb Chambers Jeep, and I have to say it was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. I had the pleasure of working with Sales Manager Corey Upton, General Manager Eduart Lela, and my salesman John Puleo, and every one of them was fantastic to work with. From the beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely interested in making sure I was happy with the deal. There was no pressure, no games, they listened to what I was looking for, worked with me to put together a deal that made sense, and made the entire process incredibly easy. Corey, Eduart, and John were all great, and I really appreciate the way they handled everything from start to finish. It’s refreshing to have a dealership experience where you feel like the people you're dealing with actually value your business and your time. I’ve purchased and leased plenty of vehicles over the years, and this was easily one of the better experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely recommend Herb Chambers Jeep and, more importantly, Corey, Eduart, and John Puleo to anyone looking for a Jeep. Thank you to the entire team for a great experience.

Bruce went above and beyond for an out of state - Marco

Bruce went above and beyond for an out of state buyer I'm in New Jersey and bought a 2021 F‑150 Lariat PowerBoost from Rodman Ford without ever setting foot in the dealership. Buying out of state comes with extra hurdles, and Bruce did everything he could to help. Since I couldn't see the truck in person, he sent me videos of the truck so I knew exactly what I was getting. He answered every question I had quickly and honestly, even the picky ones, and he was straightforward on price with no games. He also got me the Blue Advantage certification and the full reconditioning repair order. Buying long distance takes a lot of trust, and Bruce earned it. If you're out of state and looking at Rodman Ford, ask for Bruce. I'd buy from him again. Marco Chaffiotte, CEO & Principal of Let's Wire It

I am very happy with Balise Ford. - Judywilson20

I am very happy with Balise Ford. They are honest & I like the idea of they picking up my vehicle & after repairs are done bringing it back. Through the years of owning vehicles. After the warranty was up I would go to a local mechanic. Not anymore. Ford knows the brand. And I feel comfortable & safe by they working on it. I will always purchase my vehicle from Balise Ford. Their reputation is in my opinion a Gold Star…

I had. - aziza.j.messaoudi

I had. a fantastic experience buying my X1 from this dealership, after looking around for some time and making decision on witch make I have to go with. Wilson Dowridge, the sales consultant, was knowledgeable, patient and helpful throughout the. process. Wilson, took all the time necessary to answer my questions - I bet he does that with everyone of his customers- explained. the vehicle's features like he. wants for him, and never made me feel pressured. Chad Armstrong, the finance manager, professional and transparent. Chad, explained the financing options and available coverage in a way to understand without trying to push or sell unnecessary products. Nana Hagan, the sales manager, made the entire purchase smooth. From selecting the vehicle to finalizing the. transaction every person of this group went above and beyond and together to make sure I was comfortable. It is rare to find a team in the car business that values trust and customer satisfaction like this. I truly appreciate their integrity and character. I should and could give 5 stars, but the transaction was not flawless 100% and was almost falling apart because of an other manager attitude, fortunately the team was completely different, professional and genuinely cared to making the process right. Character and customer service! Respectfully.
