Antonio was wonderfully patient and knowledgeable. - JCARPENTIER419

Antonio was wonderfully patient and knowledgeable. Paperwork was seamless and quick. Disappointed with the condition of our vehicle when we picked it up, lots of dog hair still in the car, we asked for it to be removed and it was not, very unnecessary to detail a new to us car after spending a substantial amount of money.

I highly recommend Kelly Jeep! - st.pats72

I highly recommend Kelly Jeep! I have leased 2 vehicles from them. The staff is fantastic! It’s not your typical dealership. I would especially like to thank Courtney and Enrico. It was a pleasure doing business with them. People like them is the reason why I will go back to Kelly Jeep.

Bought my 2023 Ford F150 Lariat Crew Cab 6. - CG

Bought my 2023 Ford F150 Lariat Crew Cab 6.5' Bed from Steve back in December of 2024. Working with Steve was a breath of fresh air. No Hassel, no shenanigans. Very straightforward. If I am looking for another used higher end pick up truck in the future, I will shop with S&E first!

I recently purchased my new Mazda CX-90, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Richie, the manager, was absolutely amazing and made the entire process a great one. Tommy, my salesman, was fantastic as well—friendly, helpful, and great to work with. The finance manager was also awesome and made everything go smoothly. The entire team made me feel comfortable and taken care of throughout the process. Buying a new car can sometimes be stressful, but they made the experience enjoyable and easy from start to finish. I truly appreciate all their help and couldn’t have asked for a better team!

We had a great experience with Absolute Auto Sales. - kate.wilkins263

We had a great experience with Absolute Auto Sales. Everything was straightforward from the beginning, the pricing was clear, and there was never any pressure to add warranties or extras we didn't want. They gave us a fair value for our trade and made the financing process incredibly easy. We also brought up a few concerns we noticed during the test drive, and they took them seriously, had their shop look everything over, and addressed what needed to be done at no additional cost to us. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, honest and easy to work with. After having a frustrating experience at another dealership, this was such a refreshing change. We never felt pressured or like we had to fight over every little thing. The whole process was simple and comfortable, and we'd absolutely recommend them.

We have nothing but high praise for Ron Bouchards Auto - John Lawson

We have nothing but high praise for Ron Bouchards Auto Stores KIA Dealership in Lancaster Massachusetts. Our Sales Associate ( Zachary Myles ) had the 2026 KIA Sportage Prestige ready for a test drive when we arrived on Saturday morning. Zachary was very knowledgeable about showing us all of the newest technology integrated into the 2026 Sportage, and made it very pleasant to listen to him. After my wife and I got back from our test drive, we sat down with Zachary to work the numbers at which time we were introduced to the General Sales Manager ( Chris Bakas ) to work his magic. So we purchased the 2026 Sportage with Very good financing terms and will pick it up in the middle of the week. Zachary and Chris really made the new automobile shopping and purchasing experience an enjoyable experience. This is the sixth vehicle we have purchased from one of the Ron Bouchard's Auto Stores in the last 26 years. This sales team are truly the best that my wife and I have ever dealt with. Success emanates from their attentiveness to the customer experience and they are Impeccable!!! Highest Regards, John and Jean L.

Conversations weren’t communicated to different parts of - TJKULIGA

Conversations weren’t communicated to different parts of the staff so I had to keep having to fill people in on what I hap previously discussed. I don’t feel a sense of urgency to get my new car ready and to me after I signed the paperwork. Other than that, overall good. I also didn’t like that as we were discussing monthly costs, I wasn’t informed it excluded tax. I was a little blind sided to find out the final number I had to negotiate was the actual cost until I was with the finance team. It felt a little bait and switch.

We had a good experience overall and would definitely - Salt13

We had a good experience overall and would definitely return to buy from John Durkin again! He was incredibly patient and genuinely committed to ensuring we were satisfied—not just during the sale, but even after everything was finalized. The financing process went smoothly, though we do regret purchasing the Zurich Shield. The application left messy streak marks and what felt like overspray bumps on the car. We were the first customers to work with a new leather repair specialist, and unfortunately, the results didn’t meet our expectations. That said, the team did everything they could to make it right, and we truly appreciated their effort—even if the outcome wasn’t ideal. However, we were promised something extra to make up for the poor experience, but haven’t heard anything further on that. The service department, however, left something to be desired. Despite being told I’d receive follow-up calls, I had to reach out multiple times when no one got back to me. Important details discussed beforehand were missing at the time of the appointment, and items that were supposed to be looked into ahead of time were not addressed. On a positive note, the actual repairs were excellent and the loaner cars were a big plus. The detailing shop also fell short—especially after the leather repairs required several return visits. We eventually took the car to a professional detailer, and the difference was night and day. In summary, while there were a few bumps along the way, our overall experience was positive—thanks in large part to John Durkin’s exceptional service.

He made car shopping a very relaxing experience I would - ZECHNERDONNA

He made car shopping a very relaxing experience I would highly recommend Blaine and Nucar to anyone

The whole deal started a little rough, but ended pretty - thompsonscottr3

The whole deal started a little rough, but ended pretty well. I bought the car sight unseen trusting it was as stated. It took me right at a month to get the car picked up and delivered to Idaho. They were very professional but the communication could have been better. I received the car at 4 am on a Thursday. The transport company had to use a jump pack to get it unloaded and when I got home from work it wouldn't start then either. Installed a new battery and all is well. Be concise when buying from these guys as you should be with any dealership.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle from - paul.stierer

I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle from Nucar Nissan of North Attleboro, and a big part of that was thanks to Craig Adams. From the moment I walked in, he was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. Craig took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different options available, and make sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. He was patient, transparent, and never made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. It was clear that he truly cared about making sure I found the vehicle that best fit my needs and budget. What stood out most was Craig's communication and attention to detail. He was responsive, straightforward, and followed through on everything he promised. In an industry where buying a car can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming, Craig made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and hassle-free. The level of customer service I received exceeded my expectations, and it is obvious that Craig takes pride in building relationships with his customers rather than simply completing a transaction. Because of his professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction, I left feeling confident and excited about my purchase. If you're looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Craig. He made what can often be a stressful experience enjoyable and straightforward, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again in the future. Thanks again, Craig, for making this such a positive car-buying experience!

I came in after doing some research and had three used - brianjanders22058

I came in after doing some research and had three used cars I was interested in. Nate got all of them located on the lot. I was able to check all three of them, finally selecting a 2023 Nissan Rogue. Nate L. was very attentive to my needs and helpful explaining some of the financing details and terms. This was a very positive experience, and really appreciated the "no haggle" approach to pricing. Very well done !

Liberty Mazda in Wakefield is always accommodating and polite, in my experience! I've been coming here for years and would recommend to anyone with a Mazda in the area. Andy and the parts department helped me right away with my broken rearview mirror, even though I didn't have an appointment. Thank you for always helping me maintain a safe vehicle, Liberty Mazda!

Very pleased with my 2018 CT’s 3. - theodorewalker660

Very pleased with my 2018 CT’s 3.6-v liter 8 cylinder Cadillac. Sales person Nick was very accommodating in allowing me to fully inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. Great job to the overall dealership!

My purchase was a no hassle experience. - Tcolors2020

My purchase was a no hassle experience. Sale person (Brian Doney) knowledge about the vehicle and a pleasure to work with. Sales manager explained all the options that were available to me in a professional manner. I will be recommending Nucar Honda of Westford to friends and family.

My service experience at Herb Connolly has always been - schneider_101

My service experience at Herb Connolly has always been excellent. I bring my Corvette here in the spring before really putting it on the road for the season. I've had a few other repairs in the interim. The workmanship has been excellent, ready when promised, and for small jobs I've been able to work in the waiting area while they took care of it. Very satisfied and I will continue to use them for my Chevrolet service.
