End to end the whole process was extremely efficient. They also sent me a 4 minute video (after diagnosis and before my authorization of the repairs) walking underneath the car, showing and explaining exactly what needed attention. The entire experience gave me the utmost confidence that the right work was getting done, done well, and done expeditiously. More
