They clearly wanted my business and stayed in close touch to answer all my questions. They offered a very decent discount right up front. I was fortunate enough to have Christine as my sales consultant, who clearly loves serving her customers with excellence, and was a delight to work with. She was very energetic, welcoming, helpful and informative, explaining clearly each step in the process. When I told her I would be leaving my rental car there at the dealership for pick up the next day, she said she would follow me over to the rental office so I could surrender my rental car while we were waiting for the documentation to be processed, and could just get it off my hands right then and there. When we took the test drive with the vehicle, she spent more than a half an hour with me going over all the features, and alerting me to all the things that I should be aware of that would be useful in the car's operation. I keep my cars for a long time, so buying a vehicle every 10 years or so can be quite stressful for me. I have to say, this was the most enjoyable process I have experienced in my life.
