I purchased a preowned Rivian from Nucar Hyundai of Norwood on April 2, 2026. My salesperson, Farouq, was excellent to work with. He was consistently reachable by phone, upfront with all available information, and even met me in Connecticut—since I’m based in New York—at 10 PM to complete the vehicle exchange with my trade-in. The situation was escalated to the sales manager, Guersy Lindor, who was also very professional. He listened to my concerns, acknowledged my side of the story, and assured me that NuCar would take responsibility for the issue and make things right. While the process took longer than I would have preferred, both Guersy and the dealership ultimately followed through on their commitments. Car buying experiences are not always easy or fun, but based on this experience, I found Farouq and Guersy to be honest, responsive, and accountable. I would not hesitate to recommend NuCar or consider doing business with them again in the future. More
