Foley’s is the only dealership I will even consider - Matt

Foley’s is the only dealership I will even consider using. Matt Burke found me my new X5 M50 in a couple hours and got it to me in a day. The place is stellar, the cars are beautiful and reliable, and the salesmen are simply the best in the business. Thank you again Matt. You LITERALLY made this an awesome experience. Seriously call my boy.

Andy made my car buying process quick and easy, he always - Lynzee Esposito

Andy made my car buying process quick and easy, he always had clear and honest communication and answered all of my questions with knowledge. He helped me compare 3 vehicles that were in my budget and even helped me understand which car would have better gas mileage and current rebates. There was no pressure to buy that day and he was extremely patient during test drives as I could not decide and kept going back and forth on my decision. Once I made a decision, the paperwork process was fast and easy. I will always buy my cars from Andy.

I’ve been a customer at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon for - mtanto1217

I’ve been a customer at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon for over eight years, and my new SUV is the third vehicle I’ve bought there. I came in for service this time and ended up upgrading. I loved my 2024 RX, but I’d been thinking about getting something bigger. I didn’t plan to make the decision that day, but the experience felt comfortable from start to finish. I had room to ask questions and talk things through, and I never felt pushed. James Golden is the person I always go to when I’m buying a car. He knows me and understands what I’m looking for. I see him when I come in for service, and he always remembers my name, even with my Greek last name. Monica Paz takes care of me at my service appointments. She walks me through every detail and follows up to make sure everything is taken care of. Lenny Goldwasser always greets me with a smile and finds a way to help. This was my first time working with Earl Ko in Finance, and he made that final part of the process easy. I told him I didn’t want extra products or charges that hadn’t been explained to me from the beginning. He understood, walked me through everything, and made sure I felt comfortable. I also want to thank Bel Richiez. She wasn’t part of the negotiation; she just happened to be there at the right moment. I was looking at the SUV and thinking it over when she complimented it. Her upbeat energy lifted my mood and brought back the excitement I felt about the car. I’ve loved her enthusiasm since the first time I met her. Even when a visit takes a few hours, the atmosphere makes it pleasant. I was able to get work done in the café area, and the coffee was good and the Wi-Fi was super fast. For me, the difference is that I don’t just go there to buy or service a car. I look forward to seeing this team. If you want a dealership where you feel heard, welcomed, and cared for, I recommend Lexus of Sharon.
