The work was done in a timely fashion. It was actually finished before the anticipated time. I think it's great they offer a loaner vehicle. My only issue I have is I'm not always confident that their suggested service item actually need to be done at the time. Two of their recommended service items were still before the usual recommended time they needed to be done.
