I can't say enough about Wellesley Mazda and about Cameron in particular. I've purchased new cars, either for myself or my husband, six times, and I've always found it to be stressful and felt pressu Cameron in particular. I've purchased new cars, either for myself or my husband, six times, and I've always found it to be stressful and felt pressured. This is the first time I've actually found the experience helpful and stress-free. Cameron is just fabulous. When we told him we didn't want to be deluged with follow up phone calls and emails while we decided which car to buy, he honored that request, and even apologized (unnecessarily) when he reached out to answer some of our questions. He was unceasingly patient as we returned to the dealership a number of times to test drive multiple cars, and he stayed late to help us more than once when his shift had ended. We thought the dealership was also fair and honest about the trade-in value they gave us for our seventeen year old car, and they handled things that weren't even necessarily part of the purchase experience for us (such as offering to take the car to a nearby garage for inspection). The dealership is also unusually nice: clean, quiet waiting rooms, with nice decor. We also love the car. Thank you, Cameron. You've been fabulous and I hope your boss reads this! More
