The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. The Murphy family has created a business that genuinely cares about its customers and its employees. That is why you continually see the same faces everytime you come here for service or sales and we see the same customers over and over again. For example, our Tony Martino led our top quality Service Department from 1990-2025 and Dave Carson - our Parts Manager has been keeping parts for repairs and accessories stocked since 1996. There are also veteran Sales Associates like Ken Collinngs, Ronnie Sjahfiedin, and Brian Nascarella - each with decades of Toyota experience, Joanne Brandrup - our welcoming receptionist since 1989, and Mike Conroy - our General Sales Manager has been keeping everything on track since the start in 1982!
