I have always been well taken care of at Audi, but with my previous salesperson no longer there, I was a little nervous. Bryan Garcia stepped in and was absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Audi Brookline. Buying a car is usually something I dread, but this was honestly one of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences I’ve ever had. Audi Brookline. Buying a car is usually something I dread, but this was honestly one of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences I’ve ever had. Brendon was incredible from the moment we started. He was professional, honest, responsive, and made the entire process feel effortless. Everything moved quickly, there were no surprises, and I never felt pressured. The finance team was just as impressive. They made all of the online paperwork simple and efficient considering I bought the car all remotely! What really stood out was Brendon’s dedication to his customers. He personally drove my new Audi from Boston to New York so I could have the car without making the trip myself. That level of service is rare these days, and it meant so much to me. If you’re looking for an Audi, I highly recommend Audi Brookline, and especially Brendon. The entire team made the experience smooth, fast, and enjoyable from beginning to end. I’ll absolutely be back for my next Audi. More

I recently brought my 2022 Audi Q3 to the Audi dealership in Brookline after another Audi dealership failed to diagnose an issue with my vehicle during a scheduled service. The team at the Brookline dealers in Brookline after another Audi dealership failed to diagnose an issue with my vehicle during a scheduled service. The team at the Brookline dealership diagnosed a problem with the reservoir and recommended replacing it. I approved the repair and paid for the work. However, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was informed that although the car was safe to drive, the technician had realized another part—a pump gasket—needed to be ordered. I was told I could drive the vehicle in the meantime, but I would not be able to use the windshield washer system. After waiting ten days and repeatedly calling the dealership myself for updates, I was finally told the part had arrived and that I could bring the car back. I was assured it would be a simple repair. Instead, after my vehicle had been at the dealership for nearly three hours, I received another call stating that I could pick it up, but that I would once again have to return because the technician had now determined that the washer pump also needed to be replaced as a precaution. When I asked why this issue had not been identified by the technician who originally worked on my vehicle, the customer service representative informed me that a different technician had worked on the car during my second visit. This raises serious concerns about the consistency and accuracy of the dealership's diagnostic process. It is difficult to understand how different technicians can arrive at different conclusions about the same repair. I also requested an estimated timeline for completing the repair and asked to speak with the service manager. However, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, neither the customer service representative nor the manager was available, as I was told they had already left for the day. While I am still waiting for this issue to be fully resolved, my experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. The repeated misdiagnoses, lack of communication, the need for me to repeatedly follow up for updates, and the inability to speak with management have left me with serious concerns about the competence of the technicians and the overall quality of service at this location. As a customer who expects professional and accurate service from an authorized Audi dealership, I find this experience unacceptable. More
I am incredibly disappointed with both #HerbChambers Audi Brookline and #AudiUSA. We brought our Q5 in for service at 80,000 miles, specifically regarding the known sunroof leak issue that has been part of a Brookline and #AudiUSA. We brought our Q5 in for service at 80,000 miles, specifically regarding the known sunroof leak issue that has been part of a recall. At that time, we were told everything was fine and there were no issues. Now, at 92,000 miles, the issue is back, and Audi USA refuses to offer any accommodations or stand behind a well-documented manufacturing defect. Beyond the corporate failure, the customer service at #HerbChambers Audi Brookline is completely unacceptable. Because I travel extensively for work, my wife has had to handle this ordeal alone while visibly weak from ongoing cancer treatments. Instead of showing an ounce of empathy or professional courtesy, the service manager and advisors have demonstrated zero communication skills. When you are in a sales or customer service position, common courtesy dictates that you make eye contact with the person in front of you. The staff here needs to learn how to get off their computers and actually look at the person they are talking to. They didn't really listen to anything my wife had to say, dismissed her questions about the issue with the car, choosing instead to brush her off with one-sentence canned phrases. When she finally asked for physical paperwork, they just dismissively asked, "Don’t you have access to the app?" Treating a customer with such blatant disregard—especially someone clearly dealing with health challenges—is disgraceful. #AudiUSA needs to stand behind their known issues, and the management team at #HerbChambers Audi Brookline needs immediate customer service and communication training. We expected far better from a luxury brand. More
