Kevin made my car dreams come true! When I first came across the exact salsa red Volkswagen Beetle I was looking for- I couldn’t believe my eyes and I knew I had to get the car. The only problem was- I live in Virginia and the car was in Massachusetts. I still submitted an inquiry because I figured it couldn’t hurt but I didn’t feel very confident about it working out. Kevin reached out to me immediately and was quick to answer all of mine and my husband’s questions. Though we were 10 hours away from Kevin, he made us feel comfortable and at ease with a big purchase that was not close to home. To think I reached out about this car and to have it at my home 1 week later is a dream come true. Kevin was very friendly and transparent about this car- even though it’s a beauty so it worked well in his favor! Great guys here. I wanted to get out of my 2014 Rav4 and they got me a great deal with a brand new Honda Prolouge. There was a bit of technical difficulties at first but they fixed it hassle free for me & I'm so grateful for them! 10/10 recommend this dealership! From the very first contact, he was incredibly responsive - he replied to my initial inquiry within minutes and sent over the CarFax reports for all three vehicles I was interested in. What really impressed us was how attentive Nathan was to our needs. When I mentioned we’d be bringing our newborn baby to the test drives, he made sure the two cars we were most interested in were ready and waiting as soon as we arrived at the dealership. He clearly didn’t want to waste our time, and we really appreciated that thoughtfulness. The entire process was remarkably smooth. Nathan is an excellent listener and worked quickly with his team to negotiate a price that worked for both parties. I COULD HAVE GONE BACK THE SAME DAY FOR THE SUV BUT COREY WAS NICE ENOUGH TO DELIVER IT RIGHT TO MY HOME AT 10 AM THE NEXT MORNING ON SATURDAY LIKE PROMISED WASHED,CLEAN NEW PLATES, STICKER AND A FULL TANK OF GAS AND I GAVE HIM A 10 MINUTE RIDE BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP THEN SHOWED IT TO MY WIFE WHO WAS THRILLED WITH THE PURCHASE AND THE REST WAS HISTORY.
