If you’re looking for a Toyota dealership that truly puts its customers first, I can’t recommend Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree highly enough. My experience wasn’t straightforward. The exact 2026 Toyota Tacoma Off-Road I had chosen unexpectedly became unavailable, and I honestly thought my dream truck was slipping away. Instead of giving up, the entire team went above and beyond to find another truck that matched exactly what I wanted. They worked together, kept me informed throughout the process, and never made me feel like I was just another sale. A heartfelt thank you to Greg Tufankjian, Lenny, Eric, Emanuel, George, Sonny, and John. Every one of them played a part in making this happen, and their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine kindness did not go unnoticed. When I finally picked up my Tacoma, I knew I was driving home in the truck I’d been hoping for all along. Even after the sale, they continued to take great care of me by scheduling the installation of the remaining accessories and made sure everything was completed properly. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and it’s the people who make all the difference. This team earned my trust, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did.
