During the initial walkaround, he took the time to meticulously show me all the vehicle's features and mechanical layout. He was completely upfront and transparent about how the car functions, which built instant trust. During the test drive, he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely comfortable behind the wheel, explicitly showing me how to use the handbrake and giving me a great, detailed explanation of how the vehicle's unique power flow and hybrid systems function while on the road. Because Danny was away on the day I picked up the vehicle, Carlos stepped in to take over the delivery process.
