I don't normally write reviews, but Ed deserves one. Ed is the ONLY reason I purchased my RAV4 from this dealership, even though I had three other Toyota dealerships closer to my home. He is, without Ed is the ONLY reason I purchased my RAV4 from this dealership, even though I had three other Toyota dealerships closer to my home. He is, without question, the best car salesman I have ever worked with and I've owned cars for over 45 years!! From the very beginning, there was absolutely no pressure. He was calm, patient, easygoing, and answered every one of my questions honestly. He made me feel like he cared about me making a good decision for ME (not the dealership) and treated me as if I was his only customer, even though I know he was helping many others. His knowledge of the vehicle was incredible. He knew every feature of my RAV4 like the back of his hand and took the time to explain everything without ever making me feel rushed. I will personally recommend Ed to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle...And just to be clear—I didn't know Ed until three weeks ago. He's simply an amazing, down-to-earth, genuine person who truly cares about his customers. Thank you, Ed, for making what is often a stressful experience enjoyable. On May 28th, I bought at least my Fourth car from Tufankjian Toyota. This by far the best Dealership. Their customer service far supersedes any other dealership I have ever used.
