These people are honest and hard-working. Their sales department is not at all pushy, and their service department knows its stuff. The only real criticism I have is that they are a Volkswagen dealership, and not something classier like Audi. I've never really liked Volkswagen much as a company, but I buy their cars any way, because they are cheap and reliable.

I just bought a 2021 VW Tiguan and traded in my 2019 Tiguan. I drove down from Madison, WI, and it was a pleasant buying experience. My salesman Jack and his Sales Manager were very customer service minded, and we were able to quickly strike a fair deal for each of us. Also kudos to Jared who found and overnighted my garage door opener that I left behind. Great service after the sale. The only negative was dealing with the F and I agent Scott. Very high pressure to buy a $3500 extended service plan and acted quite annoyed when I didn’t. I realize that his job is to sell loans, insurance and ESPs, but it is important to also be gracious when someone is paying with cash. Overall, it was a very good shopping experience, and we love our new car!

The worst dealership I have ever experienced. Specifically sales. Went in on November 29th to look at an 2021 Atlas . I wanted a price on the used vehicle out the door. I asked for certified and not certified. I assumed it wasn’t certified because it wasn’t advertised as a certified used vehicle. The salesman refused to give me an outdoor price without certification. The price he was giving me was $8000 over what is online. Understandable, I declined all the extra stuff that they had to offer. We didn’t agree to a deal. I was firm at three grand over what they had it online for. The next day they lowered the car online by another thousand dollars. Now no one will return my calls. The salesman Jose told me specifically that “they are more interested in making a profit on each vehicle than to sell units” I continuously ask for a sales manager to speak to, and no one will return my call. I was considering to pay more for the vehicle, but now that I can’t even get a call back i will take my Business elsewhere.

Drove almost an hour away here to possibly trade in my lease early and to test drive a used car. There were a lot of issues with my lender that made the sales staff go through more hoops than they had to but they were persistent and went out of their way to get me in my car and at the price I was comfortable with. You don’t get this kinda of service anywhere. Tom Ibrahim & Adnan Hebibovic took my experience above and beyond my expectations. The only downside of my experience is that they denied my offer of buying them a drink. It is what it is I guess. Thanks again guys, you guys really were awesome!!

If you are looking for a service department that truly cares about its customers and does exceptional work, this IS the place to go. While there are several locations nearby where I can get my VW Beetle serviced, I choose to drive an hour to Marion, Illinois because of the quality of service, kind staff, and knowledgeable technicians. My Beetle is my baby, and this service department treats her as such, even going as far as remembering my car’s name, Stella. The folks at Volkswagen of Marion always do an excellent job but it was my visit in April 2023 when the team showed me just how exceptional their service can be, especially Brian Evans and Rich Lewis. They stayed in contact with me while their technicians team spent several days pinpointing what was wrong with my car. My biggest concern was having some form of transportation during this time. Well, they quickly squashed that concern by giving me a vehicle to drive while mine was in the shop. When my Beetle was fixed, they brought it back to me looking brand new inside and out with gas in the tank. As a woman, dealerships and service departments can be intimidating. Historically, the automotive industry has been male-dominated, and as a result, women are sometimes stereotyped as not knowing much about cars. Luckily, it’s not like that at the Volkswagen of Marion service department. If I could, I’d give the service department at Volkswagen of Marion way more than a five-star rating as they continue to exceed my expectations.

Seeking legal action against this dealership. Sold my daughter a car stating never been wrecked. We ran carfax report and car had 2 serious accidents. She tried to bring it back within the first 10 minutes leaving dealership. Car clunks and shakes terrible in rear end. Called them asap and told her they were closing to bring car back tomorrow. When she brought car in the morning they told her sorry we already cashed the check!!! Paperwork does not match up, amounts are all different and my daughter signatures are on papers she’s never seen before. I asked their receptionist twice to see the actual paperwork and never received them Waited 3 hours in the waiting room to speak with general manager and he ignored us! Contacted Ford company themselves to report them and have case started, Ford attempted to contact the Sales and General managers both yesterday by phone and was told by Dixon Ford they were both out for the day. When the case manager from Ford told me that….. I was standing right outside his glass office looking at him. He hadn’t left his office the whole 3 hours we had been there. They advertise on their webpage that they are gold and blue ford certified, woman I talked to from Ford Motor Company stated they are not certified at all! Buyer beware.
