I bought a 2017 Chevy Malibu on June 3 2026. I've had problems with it since. First when I got it home i noticed all 4 wheel wells and underneath the car was so caked up with mud I thought it wa I've had problems with it since. First when I got it home i noticed all 4 wheel wells and underneath the car was so caked up with mud I thought it was concrete. I called Joel the next day about my complaint and I brought it back to have them clean it out which was about a half xxx job cause there is still mud underneath it. Week later I noticed a knocking noise in the rear. I tried calling the salesman and to no prevail I couldn't get a hold of him. So I had to call Jeff Hollenkamp to see if he could get this taken care of for me. He did a great job with communication and had me bring the car in to get fixed. Which was taken care of and it was a wheel bearing that went out. So I came back to pick up my car and was heading home and still kept hearing the knocking noise. I tried to get a hold of the salesman Joel but I still haven't heard back from him. More
