Our the past few years, we have purchased the following new vehicles: Ford Fusion Hybrid, Focus, Edge, and Explorer ST. We have also purchased a used 2019 F-150. One of the principal reasons why we continue to return to Arlington Hts. Ford to purchase vehicles is the excellent Service Department. Jerry Hood, Service Manager, Mike Waddle, Service Rep., the other service reps., and the mechanics have never disappointed us. We feel like we are valued and appreciated because we are truly "heard," and service staff seek to address our concerns. More important, our vehicles are maintained well, and if a repair is needed, staff are "on it" and perform great work. Kudos to the Arlington Hts. Ford Service Department!

Service advisors are very courteous and very good at taking the time to explain any issues which they may find. If issue is going to take a long time they will offer a free ride home and then deliver my vehicle to me when done. Service times are generally quick unless another issue is found.

The service ctr staff had my Ford Escape for over 3 weeks after deciding that the transmission needed to be replaced. Once the new or rebuilt transmission was received by the department, the work progressed nicely and I finally got my car back running nicely. I appreciated receiving a loaner car for 1 weekend. Nicki, of the Service Department also had a very pleasant attitude. As a senior you don’t always get this kind of courtesy, attention, or service. The transporters were great, Michael and Jamal. Service from the cashiers was pleasant. This was my first visit here since another dealership near me had closed. I recently had my vehicle in for an ongoing A/C problem. It was a tedious task for the service department to get the problem resolved. They were able to get it working as new. I have no qualms about returning for any other services that the vehicle may need in the future. We recently took our 2004 E-350 12 passenger van to Haggerty with some handling issues and they could have told us we needed new shock absorbers, wheel rebalance and an alignment costing over a $1000 and instead they indicated they thought the problem was an imbalance in the tire air pressures and that those other things were not needed at this time. They charged us nothing for their time. They have done this before as well. We have taken the vehicle to one place and they gave us a quote for over a $1000 of work and we took it to Haggerty and they said you just need to replace one of those parts and it was $300.
