They were very professional and cordial with our recent visit. They didn’t find the problem, but nobody else has either. The 2016 Edge is completely dead after sitting in the garage for a couple of days. After jumping the car and running it for 20 minutes, the next morning it was dead again. We aren’t sure if we will purchase another Ford product in the near future. The car is unreliable.

Had an issue with the inner air dam on my pickup overextending but it appeared to have corrected itself. Lonnie got me right in for one of the techs to inspect. Concern for me was safety. Had me come back into work area where truck was on a lift and visually review, looks like no breakage and functioning. Lonnie was great and communicated to me what to watch for. This is the kind of service one expects, and I did so.

The dealership does the service they are suppose to do but no one wants to go the extra mile to get all your needs done, the last theee times at dealer I requested for an outlet plug to be checked, maintenance just keeps saying it’s a service inspection which It is and but they are too lazy to contact service to see what the problem is, 3 times no answer, I think I’m going start going to Wilmington ford, and my coolant was left low again. The lady that helped me at service didn’t seem to care about my needs, just call service department and ask th the question, quite passing the buck. Kept telling me no problem, but there is, there is no power to outlet, they should have checked. Bill zacharias next time it will be 1 atat

Randy took me to my car while it was on the rack and the mechanic explained what was done and why. 5 star treatment.

This was my first visit here since another dealership near me had closed. I recently had my vehicle in for an ongoing A/C problem. It was a tedious task for the service department to get the problem resolved. They were able to get it working as new. I have no qualms about returning for any other services that the vehicle may need in the future. We've been taking our 2009 Honda CRV to Fairway Ford Lincoln Service Department, Freeport, Illinois for the past 7 years, for oil changes and regular maintenance. Their Service Department consistently gives excellent service, along with very fair prices. Most recently we had the Honda in for an oil change and to check out a rattling noise coming from beneath the car. This team thoroughly investigated and found the heat shield was making the sound and needed to be replaced. Problem solved. Thank you to Jordan, Brandon and Patrick for your good service and willingness to accommodate our schedule.

We recently took our 2004 E-350 12 passenger van to Haggerty with some handling issues and they could have told us we needed new shock absorbers, wheel rebalance and an alignment costing over a $1000 and instead they indicated they thought the problem was an imbalance in the tire air pressures and that those other things were not needed at this time. They charged us nothing for their time. They have done this before as well. We have taken the vehicle to one place and they gave us a quote for over a $1000 of work and we took it to Haggerty and they said you just need to replace one of those parts and it was $300.
