Had work done twice now and each time it has been a pleasure. First time I needed to replace the engine due to coolant intrusion, Unfortunately Ford the company refused to help at all with that even t pleasure. Mike Waddle was instrumental in assisting me with my oil change and other required/suggested updates. He quoted me a 2 1/2 hour time frame. All services were completed within 2 hours and 10 minutes.
