JB and the team were excellent today! Jb and Angel gave a good comprehensive report to me, abd I appreciate the speed and the candor. My only complaint was in the waiting area there were no coffee additives, (No Sugar substitutes, No stirrers or spoons, No napkins)..at 7am I thought there should have been something. No one seemed to care, andvtgag was a little dissapointing. More

J B was very proffesional and was very efficient in updating me on the status of my car repair. I was pleasantly surprised when my repair took only one hour when it was originally estimated to take up updating me on the status of my car repair. I find your Service Advisor, J. B. Burzawa to be very knowledgeable in addressing my service needs. He was genuinely interested in taken care of my request and offered suggestions B. In January, I took my car to Ford because the solvent in my car was not releasing and JB, the advisor, recommended a diagnostic which I had done and turns out that my rear shocks needed to be replaced. Yest my car was not releasing and JB, the advisor, recommended a diagnostic which I had done and turns out that my rear shocks needed to be replaced. Yesterday, I had the shocks replaced and very grateful to JB and the team that worked on my car. I am forever grateful and thankful for the exceptional work always done to my CMax. More
