I had a positive experience at Lokey VW. - dinosaur3371

I had a positive experience at Lokey VW. My credit wasn't great and hadnt financed a car in many years (so no history). Alex shopped around and finally found a lender for me. He also, saved me some money during the on-boarding process, which was nice. If you need a car, I suggest you ask for Louis. He is a no pressure salesman that bent over backwards to make me happy. He's 5 star...and I recommend Lokey VW. I love my new pre-owned loaded Jetta!

Today I had a 30,000 mile maintenance appointment for my - svisionguy

Today I had a 30,000 mile maintenance appointment for my 2021 Volkswagen ID for electric vehicle I was a little worried because I figured if the maintenance was not completed today I would need to wait until Monday and go to the weekend without the car I brought the car in at 8:00 a.m. and spoke with James and the service department relayed my concerns to him and he told me not to worry that he would and his staff would take care of it and I have to say James and his staff did a bang-up job they took care of all my maintenance needs and a couple of extra things all in one day they were extremely professional polite courteous and helpful they gave me explanations for everything not just trying upsell me on New services and features but made sure that I understood what was needed and why it was important I could not recommend James and his staff anymore than I just have but don't fear when having to have your VW worked on James and his staff will take excellent care of you!

Just moved from MA and lease was up, and I wanted to - maryx3

Just moved from MA and lease was up, and I wanted to purchase THIS vehicle. I had such a horrific experience with the local VW dealer(s) I decided to drive an extra 30 minutes to go to Wallace VW. Before I got there , the contact with Alan via phone/text was delightful, giving me a warm feeling about this place , I explained the run around that I got from the other dealer in WPB, that they would not allow me to purchase my end lease vehicle. When I arrived at Wallace I was greeted by Kerianne, she was right on top of her game, no xx, I was treated like a queen. On to the Finance woman, Kelly, she was genuine, and kind. Honestly I was so overwhelmed how quickly and efficient they are here. They certified my current vehicle, made the purchase happen as if I was buying a new car from them ,detailed, full tank of gas, balloons and champagne toast ! For this experience I am giving them 5 more stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our family has now purchased our third Volkswagen from this dealership, and we are very happy with our experience. We would like to sincerely thank our sales consultant, Michael Popkov, for his outstanding help in choosing the right vehicle. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We especially appreciated that he speaks not only English, but also Russian and Ukrainian, which made communication much easier. We would also like to thank Sales Manager John for working with us and offering great purchase terms. We were able to reach a fair agreement that was beneficial for both sides, and we truly appreciate his professionalism. Thank you to the entire team for making the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. We look forward to doing business with you again in the future!
