I completed the purchase with Carson, who made that portion of the sale go smoothly. I have purchased four vehicles and Hiram has been my salesperson. Hiram is a book of knowledge with regard to VW vehicles. I live a distance from Clermont and will travel to have my vehicle serviced at the Gunther location. There’s no need to have him because no one care cares about customers. They are in it for the money Gunther is there for Gunther. No one I know is coming there. I’m not representing with the little plate cover. I’ve told everybody I need to tell and will continue to write reviews to express how ugly it is that the company takes apart in deceptive loan practices that are violations of the truth in lending act. The lip service is insane. No one followed through with what they were supposed to send to begin with. I never had any of the paperwork or CPO inspection reports I was due I before I bought the car. They were broken parts in the car. There are still error codes popping up here and there. The computer system shuts down all the time. The intermittent wiper system doesn’t work properly. There’s a wobble in the alignment. Some of the features, the salesman told me come available in this car do not exist. But it hasn’t extended warranty, doesn’t it? No one took responsibility for this trade-in. And no one takes responsibility for the limited lending practices. They will lie and tell you what you want to hear, say they can help you set up financing with your own credit union or bank but then they will say oh sorry we don’t work with them. They should just say that to begin with. But they don’t. Be prepared to walk away. I think it’s a blessing that they don’t have a sign on the main road for people to know they are there. Because people should stay away. More
