Darius helped me find and choose the car I wanted, and he was extremely nice, personable, and easy to talk to. His calm and friendly personality made the entire experience feel very comfortable. I never felt pressured to make a decision or choose a car on the spot, which I really appreciated. He was patient, answered all my questions, and made the test drive and car-selection process enjoyable. Once I decided on the car, Carson helped me with all of the financial and paperwork portion of the process. He was also incredibly nice and made me feel very comfortable. He kept the conversation going while we waited for everything to be completed, and somehow I barely noticed how much time had passed! I also want to mention Moises, who was super nice and incredibly helpful. He helped me move everything from my old car into my new one, including my baby’s car seat and stroller. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the transition so much easier for me. I’m very happy with my new lease and especially grateful to have been helped by Darius, Carson, and Moises. They were all professional, personable, and genuinely made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. I’m very glad I chose this dealership and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great Volkswagen experience! More

Moises was absolutely phenomenal with getting myself into a new vehicle. He was able to meet all my expectations. I was working with another dealership located closer to home that I was not happy with. Moise a new vehicle. He was able to meet all my expectations. The dealership was clean and everyone I spoke to was very professional. Honestly, a night and day difference between Gunther Clermont and the other Volkswagen dealership. Moises was able to get me the deal I wanted without me feeling pressured. Once the deal was made, Carson took over and Moises went to get my new vehicle detailed and ready for me. Carson was thorough and made sure I understood every document I was signing. Overall, a great experience at Gunther Clermont. I really appreciate both Moises and Carson for getting me into a new vehicle. As a side note, during the transaction my bracelet had fallen off without me noticing. After I let Moises know my bracelet was missing, he made sure to find it and return it back to me.
